NOTICE OF IMPBOVEMENT RESOEUTIQSf, To Whom It May Concern: Notice is hereby given by the Common Council of the City of Renssealer, Indiana, that on April 9th, 1917, it adopted Improvement Resolution No. 142 for the oiling of the following named streets in said clty r to-wit: McKinley avenue from Elm street to Harrison street; Washington street from McKinley avenue to Cullen street, and Susan street from McKinley avwaJue-Xa the alley in block 17.' The Common Council has fixed the 14th day of May, 1917, as a date upon which remonstrances may be filed ar heard by persons interested or affected bv said described public Improvement, and on said day at X o'clock p. m., the Common Council will meet in the counoil chamber in the city of Rensselaer for the purpose of hearing arid considering any remonstrances which may have been fllftd or which may be presented, and will hear all persons interested of whose property is affected by said improvement, and will decide whether the benefits that will accrue ,to the property abutting and adjacent to the said improvement and to the. said city will be equal to or exceed the estimated cost of the^ impn>vegineer' CHAS.
