Baker, .Ore. —To relieve the serious coal famine here dealers have ordered the mine at Rock Springs, Wyo., to speed a shipment by parcel post. The order was received and the coal started by mail, but a snowstorm stopped the mail trains. The postage op goal from Rock Springs to Baker is SB3 a ton.
