A Retrospective View of March.
As we enter upon the last week of March, the month of wind and storms, we find that March has lived up to her name in every way. Although there have been many beautiful days in the month the few bad ones have more than made up for them. Two of the greatest storms in the history of the state occurred, causing millions of dollars damage in property loss and the destruction of many human lives. Today Newcastle and New Albany are in sorrow. These two growing Indiana cities are a mass of wreckage and the faces of many familiar ones are migsiog.— Thetwo cjties~are g”flef stricken and the destruction has cast gloom over the entire state.
