Look Out For Billy Frye.

Billy Frye, the Yellow Busman, lost a large bunch of statements and he thought that passably he had done quite an amount of livery for which he would be unable to collect. He put a lost ad in The Republican and of course he found the statements. He -is very busy handing them out receipted to his customers who pay their account. Billy is afraid he may lose them again and to avoid tills he is very busy collecting.
