Collar Lining.
A stiffened collar lining, which can be worn under a number of transparent frocks, is the boned foundation of chiffon, with a ruching attached to the top. The bottoms and top are bound with soft tape. To get the best results the bottom tape Is lightly basted to the base of collar with which it is to bo worn.
