Most men seem to think they have a proprietary right to fit ery woman* but every woman knows she can only get a man on lease. A woman is jealous of a man not so much because she loves him but because she hates her sex. There is nothing like a man’s first love except his last one. A man may wear the trousers, but the woman controls them. A pretty girl may not have all the virtues, but, to make up, she gets all the men.
