Bernstorff Facing Germany’s Wrath For Intrigue Leak.

London, March 5.—A dispatch to the Exchange Telegraph Co. from Amsterdam, says: “According to a Frankfort telefram received here, the German government has sent a wireless dispatch to Count von Bernstorff, former German ambassador to the United States, who is at sea, returning to Germany, asking him to explain how the German note with regard to bringing Mexico and Japan in war with the United States was divulged.
