Mrs, . Clyde Bowman went to Momence, I'll A -Thursday for a visit. Arthur Bjlile returned to his home at Missoula, Mont., Thursda” after a several weeks’ visit with relatives. -Mrs. Pearl Currens went to Gary Friday for a visit. Bom, fS Mr. and Mrs. Med Matthews, north of town, Jan. 25, a son. Ernest Harris went to Rensselaer Friday for a visit with relatives. John Robinson, of Huntington was shaking hands with old friends here Thursday and Friday. iMrs. Geo. Morin spent Thursday With her daughter, Mrs. H- H. Miller, at Monticello. - Mrs. Howard Brooks, of south of town, has been quite sick the past few days with appendicitis. •Miss Ida Beal spent Sunday with her brother, Will and family at Wolcott. Miss Arline Musselman, or Chin, Ind., spent the week end with Miss Lenora Pickering. Miss Carrie Green spent Sunday with her mother at Goodland. Mrs. Geo. Griffin and Mrs. M. Gray have both been very sick the past week. Mrs. Horace Hoover, of Lafayette, was called here Saturday evening by the illness of her sister, Mrs. Howard Brooks. y Mr. and Mrs. ,Wm. Banes drove to Lafayette Sunday to see her sister, Mrs. Henry White, who is sick in a hospital there.
