Mr. and Mrs. Martin Donahue took their mother to Lafayette Monday for a few days’ visit. Mr. and Mrs? Max. Broadie, of Lafayette, came Sunday and are spending the week with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Smalley. Mrs. T. M. Harris, of Lafayette, is visiting her parents here .this week. Mr. and Mrs. Guy Julian, of Onward;arevisiting relatives here. Mrs. Tedford, of Idaville, is visiting her daughter, Mrs. Frank Peck. Mr. and Mrs. Rich, of Brook,spent Sunday with his mother, Mrs. Wm. Rich. Dave Lammie spent New Year’s day in Chicago visiting. —— *Rev. Father Baker went to Reynolds Tuesday to visit Father Koch, who is very ill. Miss Margaret DuChanne Spent Monday at RensseTaer. Marion Parker, of Lafayette, has been visiting friends here. Ben May was quite .badly burned about his face and hands Sunday, when he laid a torch near a gasoline can, which exploded. Samuel Hanna, of northeast Of town, died very suddenly Monday morning. The funeral sevrice was held Wednesday. At the Eastern Star lodge Monday evening the following officers were installed: W. M.
