\Vrn- Ervin Had Bad Fall Tuesday Evening. Wm; Ervin better known as “Uncle Bill,” had quite a bad fall in the court house Tuesday evening, and sustained quite severe injuries. Mr. Ervin had been to the court joom on the third floor and was starting down stairs. He missed the first step and fell to the next landing below, some 12 or 15 steps. His jßcalp was split for a distance of about three inches and he was badly shaken up and bruised. A physician was called and he was taken to the Comer House, where he stays. The injuries were not serious, but they are painful ones apd it will be several days before he wifi be out again.
