Food Dealers to Face Indictment.

Cleveland, 0., Dec. 1-3.—Federal grand jurors have been called to consider indictments against Cleveland food and coal dealers for violation of the anti-trust law. The errand jury investigation, the first in the country outside of New York, will begin next Monday morning. This will be the first gun fired by. the federal government in the middle west against the high cost of living. It came within a few hours after the arrival of Geo. W. Anderson, special assistant to the attorney general, who stopped here first in his tour of cities, included in the scope of the special food investigation ordered by President Wilson.
