Sister of Mrs. H. E. Hartley Marries German Subject.
Miss Mezza C. Wood, sister of Mrs. H. E. Hartley, of Rensselaer, and Walter Herman Arnold, the latter of Schorndorf, Germany, were married at the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. C. A. Wood, of Kentland, at high noon Sunday. The ceremony was pronounced by Rev. C. L. Harper, of the Methodist church of Kentland, and only members of the immediate family were present, with the exception of Otto Erhensingler, of Germany, a friend and school mate of the groom. For the present the couple expect to reside in Chicago, but will make their permanent residence later in Germany.
