Eli Gerber has sold his property on North Weston street and himself and wife expect to leave some time in December for Burwell, Neb., where they have a daughter residing and expect to make their future home. Dr. H. L. Brown has purchased of Mrs. G. M. Robinson her twenty lots lying just west of June street and also two lots from Charles Malchow.just north of Kannal avenue. This gives Dr. Brown all of the vacant ground between Grove street and Kannal avenue. He expects to build a new residence this coming spring on the flatiron shaped tract -with a" frontage of 300 feet on June street.
