Visitors Mistaken in Thinking Metchnikoff Was Engaged In Laboratory Experiments.
One day some distinguished visitors who had arrived in Paris and were being escorted about by a committee were taken to call upon the late Professor Metchnikoff (the famous scientist who believed that the secret of long life lay in diet) toward the hour of noon.
