Short, who is in the ladies’ furnishings ar.d millinery business* at Milford, Ind., went to I.iedaryville today to visit relatives, after visiting her son, Clark Short, here and transacting business. Mrs. Barbara Hoshaw returned today from Eureka, 111., where she went Sunday to attend the funeral of her grandson, Edward Salmon, who died from typhoid fever. He was the 19 year old son of Joe Seelman, a former resident of Rensselaer. Mr. and~Mrl E. L. Hollingsworth Went to Ann Arbor, Mich., today to visit their son, Emmet, who is attending college there. They will attend the Penn sylvan i a-M ich i gan football game there tomorrow. Mrs. Cecelia Chadboume, of Harmony, Me., wul join them there and return here for ait -extended visit.
