The names of the presidents of the United States were passed among the boys and the names of the president’s wives were passed among the girls. The presidents were asked to find their wives among the girls, for luncheon. The table of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Evans Hughes was decorated with flowers and ornaments, while that of President Wilson contained no decorations of any kind. The evening was spent in playing cards and music. Luncheon was served at 10:30. Bread and butter sandwiches, creamed chicken, pickles, coffee, pumpkin pie and devil’s food cake was served.
