DEMOCRAT DECLINES TO INTRODUCE ADAIR
The local Democratic organization at Hartford City was given a jolt re cently when they sent a committee to wait upon a well-known citizen to ask him to preside at the Adair meetings and introduce the speaker. The man to whom the “honor" was offered not only declined with thanks, but told the committee what he thought of Adair. “I don't intend to vote for him, so I don’t care to intro duce him.” Who was this Democrat, you ask. who had the courage of his conviction? u wu Dr. H.
