Economical and Thoroughly Satisfactory Way of Preparing This Always Delicious Vegetable. This is by far the most economical way of cooking mushrooms, for all, the stalks can be used, and in addition th? sauce makes them go farther. Take half a pound of mushrooms, three-quarters of pint of milk, one tablespoonful of flour, one pint of milk, one tablespoonful of butter, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
