Dear jSir: We appreciate very much your taking up with us the point’that another store in Rensselaer has sold our good . We beg to advise you that we have been selling this same firm for otter towns than Rensselaer but with the thorough understanding that none of the goods were to be shipped to the territory which we confined to you: and in view of the breach of this promise, we will not sell them cur merchandise in the future. Accordingly we do not see how this can occur again.
