Marshmallow Pudding.

Soak two dozen marshmallows four hours in cream flavored with one-half cupful of caramelized sugar. Cut angel cake in halves crossways. Spread the lower half of cake, put on upper half and cover with the rest of the marshmallows. Cover whdle of cake or heap on top only, sweetened and flavored whipped cream. Garnish with .cherries.
