Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Stenson and baby returned to their home in Indianapolis today after spending a week end visit here with Mr. and Mrs. F. D. Burchard. Harold Clark’s two base hit in the ninth innnig with two on clinched the game for the Rensselaer Foresters against the St. Joseph team Sunday. The score was 5 to 2. Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Clark, daughter Ruth and niece, Elizabeth Mead, drove to Wheatfield Sunday morning, • where they were joined by Editor Bowie and family, and took an auto trip to Michigan City, and other points. Mrs. T. W. Haus accompanied them as faT as Wcstville. She had intended to take the entire Ijrip, but when reaching Westville, her old home, she could not resist the temptation to stop and visit her sister there. She returned by train in the evening.
