Miss Irene Mann has been quite sick the past week. < John Taylor went to Warren, Ohio, Monday for a visit. Adrian Foster, of Lafayette, spent Sunday with his mother. Will Washburn spent Sunday with relatives at Kentland. Mr. and Mrs. Carl Sommers, of Rensselaer, spent Sunday here. Daniel Lilly .went to Lincoln, 111., Monday to attend school. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Burger, of Goodland, were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Harve Stoudt. Misses Lottie Porter and Lola Skinner went to Bloomington Sunday to attend school. Mr. and Mrs. Albert Bellows, of Rensselaer spent Sunday with their son, Edward and family. Mr. and Mrs. C. Kellogg, of Seafield, visited their daughter, Mrs. Earl Sullivan, this week. Misses Marie and Iva Brooks left Monday for Valparaiso, where they will attend school. Dexter Jones and daughter, Alice, and Mrs. Wade Green, of New York, went to Washington, Pai., Thursday to visit with relatives. David Bickel, Harry Howard and Bruce Peck went to Bloomington Friday, where they will attend Indiana University this year. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Courtright, of Valparaiso, have been visiting Mr. and Mrs. Bert Courtright the past week. Mrs. Walter Forbes and children and Mrs. Coleman Merritt and daughter, Mildred, spent Saturday and son with John Merritt and family at Rensselaer.
