Double Concert Attracted Largest Crowd of the Concert Season.
——r~ The double concert Wednesday evening by the Wolcott and Rensselaer bands attracted the largest crowd of the season and probably the greatest that ever attended a concert in this city. People began to arrive as early as 6:30, mostly in automobiles and an hour later practically every inch of available parking space along Washington street was taken. Hundreds of others were on foot. A temporary band stand had been erected in the northwest corner of the court house yard in order to accommodate the two bands. The Rensselaer band will go to Wolcott tonight, where a double concert will also be given to the people of that city. Mnay Wolcott people followed their band to this city last evening and it is prob&ble that quite a number from here will go to Wolcott this evening.
