Notice of Declaratory Resolution. To Whom It May Concern: Notice is hereby given by the Common Council .of the City of Rensselaer, Indiana, that on September 11, 1916, it adopted Improvement Resolution No. 138 for the improvement of Washington Avenue from College Avenue west a distance of. six hundred seventy-iseven (677) feest. The Common Council has fixed the 9th day of October, 4916, as a date upon which remonstrances may be filed or heard, by persons interested in or affected by said described improvement, and on said day at eight o’clock p. m., the Common Council will meet at the Council Chamber in said city for the purpose of hearing and considering any remonstrances which may have been filed or which may be presented, and will hear all persons interested, or whose property may be affected by said proposed improvement, and vill decide whether the benefit that will accrue to the property, abutting and adjacent to the proposed improvement, and to said city, will be equal to or exceed the estimated cost of the proposed improvement as estimated by the City Civil Engineer.
