Mrs. Mary Peyton, who spent the summer here, and daughter, Mrs. R. F. Orwig and baby, who have been visiting her, went to their home in Chicago today. Mr. and Mrs. G. L. Thornton autoed to Morocco this afternoon „o attend the funeral of James Potts, father of Mrs. M. J. Thornton, of Brook. Some ingenious devil has discoveved that love is only a chemical reaction and that the same thrill can be obtained by stroking a cat as by kissing a pretty girl.
