Mrs. Mary E. Lowe made a business trip to Monon today.* Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Torbet, of Barkley township, celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary last Monday, Sept. 4. Those present from out of town were: Mr. and Mrs. K. Crogun, Of Indianapolis; Mr. and Mrs. Ed Hornicker and children, of Roberts, Ill.; Mrs. Harry Beck and daughter, of Greencastle, and a granddaughter, Miss Celian Cragun, of Indianapolis. They have ten children and fourteen grandchildren, all living, and both Mr. and Mrs. Torbet enjoy good health.
