CALL MEETING FOR YOUNG REPUBLICANS

Young Jasper Republicans to Meet Sept. 16 to Perfect County Organization—Moorman Here. County Chairman D. D. Dean has just completed the selection of three young republicans from each township in Jasper county to form a Young Men's County Republican Organization. Mr. Dean was selected by the state central committee to act as temporary chairman in the organization of, such a club in Jasper county, and was asked to select, by G. H. McLain, republican county chairman; and the precinct committeemen, three young men front ea:h of the various townships for approval by the state central committee. Saturday, September 16, at 1:30, has-been selected as a day for the call meeting, and it will be held in the west court room of the court house. All of the young men selected are to be here cn that day. The purpose of this meeting is to perfect plans for the organization and to decide what steps shall be taken by them in the fall campaign. A chairman, secretary and treasurer will be elected on this day. This meeting will be the first republican movement in preparation for the fall campaign. On this day Hon. John Moorman, of Knox, will be here to make an address to the meeting and explain . j the young men their duties and what will be expected of them, and the purpose of ' the organization. Mr. Moorman was formerly the district chairman of the thirteenth district and also a member of the state central committee and later a candidate for congress from the thirteenth. A trip to the republican banquet and rally at Indianapolis has been promised to the young men in October belonging to this club. Those selected from the various townships by Chairman Dean are as follows:
