Patrons of Winchester barber shop* seem to have a mania for forgetting; to pay their tonsorial bills. In many; cases it is done unintentionally. One evening, recently, a former Winchester resident who.now lives in California entered a barber shop for a. haircut and shave. He was in a hurry. His business for the evening included, a lodge meeting and most Important c£ all, catching a train for his home. Many of his old-time friends wefe In the shop when he stepped from the chair. He bade them all good-by and started to leave the shop.
