Notice of Improvement Resolution No. 136. TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given by the Common Council of the city of Rensselaer, Indiana, that on the 14th day of August, 1916, it adopted Improvement Resolution No. 136 for the construction of a 10-inch sewer on South street in Robinson’s Addition to said city from the north Slide of Kannal avenue to the southerly side of Washington street. The Common Council has fixed the 28th day of August, 1916, as a date upon which remonstrances may be filed or heard, by persons Interested In or affected by said described public Improvement, and on said day at eight o’clock p. m., the Common Council will meet at the Council Chamber In said city, for the purpose of hearing and considering any remonstrances which may have been filed or which may be presented, and whose property is affected by said proposed improvement, and will decide whether the benefits that will accrue to the property abutting and adjacent to the proposed Improvement and to said city will be equal to.or exceed the estimated cost of the proposed improvement as estimated by the city civil engineer.
