Mrs. R. C. Beeler, of Indianapolis, came Saturday to visit her mother, Mrs. J. F. Watson, for about two weeks. Mrs. Ben D. McColly and daughter, Miss Ethel, and sons, Harry and Walter, are visiting relatives and friends at Muncie. Mr. and Mrs. Leo Colvert and baby, who have been visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Hammond, and other relatives here, returned to their home in Joliet, IJI., this morning. The Lafayette Red Sox won an easy victory Sunday when they downed the A. B. C.’s, of Indianapolis, 13 to 4. The Sox scored eleven times in the seventh stanza.
