For a long time there has been much talk anent the fact that jewelry, to be most effective, should be chosen with especial reference to the frock with Which It Is to be worn. The intrinsic value of jewels means less and less, and their decorative value means more. At least the jewelry makers have realized the trend of popular opinion—and the result is jewelry of distinctive sort, made especially to bring ont the best points of summer frocks.
