New Suit Filed.
Cora Coon vs. Percy Coon, action for divorce. The complaint alleges that the parties were married June 27, 1911, and separated May 29, 1916, and have not since lived or co-habited together. The complaint also alleges that the defendant failed to provide necessary food and clothing and refused to provide a suitable habitation, but compelled plaintiff to live in old sheds in an unsanitary condition and has failed and refused to furnish necessary articles of household furniture; for the past two years the defendant has been guilty of cruel and inhuman treatment, and alleges that he cursed and struck her and on several different occasions had administered to her a severe beating. The plaintiff asks maiden name, Cora Wailing, be restored and also asks for SSOO alimony.
