BULLETINS.

El Paso, Tex., June 29.—Gen. Francisco Gonzales, commandant of the Jaurez GaAison, sent word to Fort Bliss late last night that he would deliver the twenty-four American prisoners of war over to Gen. George Bell, Jr., this morning at 5:30 at the International bridge. Mexico City, June 28.—Notwithstanding First Chief Carranza has given up the American prisoners it is believed he will remain inflexible on the demand for the withdrawal of the American troops from Mexican soil. It also is understood the other points in the Carranza note will be insisted upon.
