Browned Potatoes.
Mash two cupfuls of cold boiled potatoes; add three tablespoonfuls of milk, four tablespoonfuls of grated cheese, one-half minced onion, onehalf level teaspoonful of salt and a dash of pepper. Melt one rheaping teaspoonful of butter in a frying pan. Add the potatoes, cover and brown. Then turn and brown on the other side. Serve with tomato sauce.
