Ginger Cream.

Beat the yolks of three eggs, add pint of milk, two tablespoonfuls sirup from preserved ginger and one cupful sugar. Cook all together until thick. Strain, add one tablespoonful gelatin that has been dissolved in a little cold milk, the whites of three eggs beaten stiff, and beat all together until it begins to thicken, then add four ounces of preserved ginger, cut tn very small pieces. Put in a mold to cool and serve with whipped cream.
