College Student Taken To Hospital For Operation.

Charles Overton, son of Mr. and Mrs. S. E. Overton, of South Haven, Mich., a student at St. Joseph’s college, was taken to Lafayette Sunday by Dr. Washburn and was operated on Monday at St. Eliaabeth's hospital for appendicitis. He withstood th% operation in good condition and is expected to make rapid recovery.
