The divorce case of Howard Brockway, prosecuting attorney for White county, was settled privately Wednesday morning. They were married on March 28, 1915, arid separated January 28, 1916. He filed a complaint for divorce alleging cruel and inhuman treatment and asking for the custody of- their one child. Mrs. Brockway filed a cross-complaint. She was given the custody of the child and the plaintiff was ordered to pay* $lO a month for its support until the child is 15 years of age.
