Gifford, executor of the Last Will and Testament’ of Benjamin J. Gifford, deceased, et al. Complaint No. 8592. * Comes now The Lafayette Loan and Trust Company and flies its cross complaint, together with an affidavit that the defendants, Margaret Bullock, Ella Bullock, Lou Sacket Enright, Eliza Griswold, Henrietta Wiggins, Elmira Goodykoontz, L. D. Gifford (the letters L. D. standing for his name and not his initials), George Gifford, Charles Gifford, Charles E. Kersey, Ida Kersey, Matie Kersey, Roy Geringer, May Gifford Tsorrietimes called mamie), Cornelia Willis Marietta Chamhers, Jennie M. Hutchinson, Harriet E. Jones, Eugenia Duke, Carl J. Griswold, Anna Martindale, Aurie Schooley, Robert Irwin, Grace Reed, Edith Bohrer, Mrs. Fannie Peneld, Lottie Marrs, Fred Penfleld, Mrs. Mary Bond (known as Polly Bond, wife of A. S. F. Bond), Edith L. Kittredge, Florence A. Moses, John Penfleld, Grace Goodykoontz, are not residents of the state of Indiana. Notice is therefore hereby given that tliis is an action to contest a will and that this above named parties are necessary parties to this action. ' Notice is further given that unless said defendants appear and be at the last day of the next term of said court, being the 6th day of May, A. D. 1916, said term to be fiolden on the second Monday of April. 1916, at the court house in the city of Renfeselaer, In said county and state,- and answer or deim-ur to said cross complaint, the same will be heard and determined in their absence.
