Floyd’s first trouble originated when his knee was injured as he went to step from a delivery wagon he was driving for his father. The knee was slightly crashed and the injury grew worse as time went on and finally about a year ago tuberculosis of the knee set in. Every effort was made to find a remedy but the knee gradually became worse, and the tubercular condition extended to the lungs, and for the past three years his condition had been' such as to hold but little prospects for his, recovery. For some time he acted as a messenger at the Western Union Telegraph office and made many friends. He was a young man of very mild and likable disposition, always faithful to his home, Sunday school and many friends, and there is a general feeling of sorrow at his deatli. He is survived by his father, stepmother, one sister, one brother, and one half sister.
