Guardian is Ousted; Too Liberal With Ward. Covington, Ind., March 27.—-Judge Schoonover in the Fountain county circuit court, has dismissed Dr. Small, of Veedersburg, as guardian for Margaret Keller, and appointed the Fountain Trust Company. In his current report just filed, Dr. Small showed an expenditure of approximately SI,BOO for his ward during the past year. Among the items were: One bull dog, S4O; one pony $110; .one piano $300: -shoes $80; automobile hire-$4& The judge, before dismissing the guardian, allowed $362 to cover the SI,BOO expenditure;
