University of Pennsylvania is hoping a lot these days, and one of Its main hopes Is that it will have the championship varsity eight when the smoke of battle clears. All thiß outburst of hoping is due to the fact that Joe Wright, famed as a coach in Canada. haß arrived at Penn, where he will put his tactics into operation.
