J. W. Spate came from Gary Monday. John Claussen returned from a two weeks’ visit at Chicago Saturday. Mrs. Tony Dedloff went to Gary Thursday to visit relatives. Chester Wolfe was called from Gary Saturday by the illness of his wife. ; Mrs. O. N. Faber and children, acccmpanied by her mother, Mrs. Otto Knoezer, arrived from Hammond Thursday. H. P. Callendar is the first to report the hatching of little chicks this spring. Fifty-five were taken from his incubator Monday. ' Mrs. L. Jordan returned "from Angola, Ind., Toesday and brings wrk that her son, Homer, has recwered from his illness. t
