Miss Dena Hanson spent last Tuesday night with Miss Odile Grimes. (Mr. and Mrs. Jaimes Lane and daughter, Rose, were in Rensselaer Tuesday. Misses Rose and Amelia Lane took dinner Sunday with Miss Odile Grimes. Mrs. Maharry and daughter, Elsie, took dinner Friday with Mrs. James Lane and daughters. Last Tuesday evening, a week a surprise was given on Milt Grimes and family by a number of their neighbors, and over thirty were present. Music was given and games played. Refreshments were served. All departed at a late hour, having had an enjoyable time. Those present were: Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Lane, Mr. and Mrs. Lee Mauck, Mr. .and Mrs. James Lane, Mr. and Mrs. John Mah arry, Misses Margaret "Yeager, Rose and Amelia Lane, Dena Hanaan,. Lucy.
