Reynolds and Denegan Making Big Hit in K. C. Vaudeville.

Mr. and Mrs. Earle Reynolds, of this city, known, on the stage as Reynolds and Denegan, are making a decided hit in Kansas City vaudeville. Mr. and Mrs. Reynolds are with the Orpheum road show, and a -opy of the Kansas City Post- states that Reynolds and Donegan are getting more publicity in Kansas City than Mrs. Vernon Castle is getting at the Schubert theatre. The Post has severeral photographs of Mrs. Reynolds showing the expensive headdress worn by her. The following comment was made by the Post: “One of the most expensively and artistically dressed acts before the American public today is that of Reynolds and Donegan, one of the features of the Orpheum road show this week. “The first hat worn by Miss Donagan is the Jeanne Temple creation. The foundation of the hat and the style are designed nearly as possible after the dome of the Mohammedans in Calcutta, India. It is composed of three thousand raw aigrettes. “The third hat is the tail feather of the lyre bird, built with a plate effect. The lyre bird feather is about thirty times more expensive than either the aigrettes or paradise, and is ..one of the most novel creations that Miss Donegan has designed for some time. “The fourth hat is the largest para<dise hat in the world. It is composed of numerous Large wings of red birds of paradise and trimmed in the center with 100 lyre bird feathers. “All of these headdresses were designed and mad© by Miss Donegan. She also designed all the costumes used. The first or pink costume is all worked Lace etching with needle. It took three needlewomen forty-five days to complete the body of the dress.”
