Roller Mills Makes Best Prepared Pancake Flour Ever. The plant of the Iroquois Roller Mills is an institution of which Rensselaer may well be proud. When Ralph Sprague took the mill over some three or four years ago he at once decided to make it as modern as any mill in the country and he set about doing it at once. Every hit of machinery used in the mM is the latest and best milling machinery and Mr. Sprague is a miller with wide and varied experience. The result has been that products of fch3 mill have been high class in every particular and Mr. Sprague's business has grown rapidly. Many towns arid cities are handling the product of hi* mills and the wheat growing industry of the surrounding country has expanded in consequence. During the past winter the mill has been turning out two extra fine kinds of prepared pancake flour. The buckwheat was called the “Early Breakfast” and the other flour, composed of wheat, con meal arid rice, is called ’’Short Order. Both are Just as fine pancake flours as was ever manufactured and they are put up in sizes to suit those who do not want much at a time, as well as for larger users. Rensselaer people and the people of the surrounding country should show their apr preciation of the industry by calling fo£ the products of the mill through the merchants or at the mill direct. This is not an advertisement but is published because The Republican believes that there should be the community spirit that boosts home enterprise and having for so many years been without a mill that was modern we should now patronize liberally the efforts of Mr. Sprague to establish a big milling industry here.
