Plaintiff granted temporary injunction restraining the county auditor and others from selling certain real estate at tax sale. John Greve v. Geo. Hoehn. Defendant files affidavit for change of venue and cause venued'to White county. Kosta v. Wells. Cause dismissed and costs divided between parties. Williams v. Williams.
