Woodrow Was Broke But He Got the Paper.

Indianapolis, Feb. 3.—When his special train made its brief halt in Indianapolis late today, President Wilson called to a newsboy and asked for a paper. The president felt in his pocket for a coin and found none and the boy said “It’s all right.” Mr. Wilson insisted on paying for the journal, however, and borrowed a coin from a secret service man at his side.
