Case of “Looking For a Papa” Up Before Squire.
A case of needing a “papa” was instituted before Squire Spitler this week and officers' Childers had no difficulty in locating one. The unfortunate lady seemed to know just where to get him and being leap year, etc., she filed the necessary papers and the man selected is said to have about decided that the better way out of it is the honorable way and at 2:30 this afternoon it looked as though the matter would be settled out of the squire’s office and in the office of the county clerk. If this is done we shall save the couple the emberrassment of publishing their names.
