RYAN DITCH CASE AGAIN POSTPONED

When Special Judge Marvin opened the case Monday che substituted report of the *petitioniers was to be considered. The remonstrators filed a motion to reject the substituted report and to strike it from the v files. Without ruling on the motion Judge Marvin indicated that the report ae filed would not stand as a substitution of the original report and gave the attorneys for the petitioners until Jan. 6th to rearrange the report.
