Munsie Mayor Ordered to Tighten On Blind Tigers.

- - Muncie has been stepping a free and easy gait since Rollin H. Bunch became mayor and the blind tigers have been running without restraint. The Indianapolis News aided local papers in the exposure of conditions and Bunch was called to Indianapolis by Governor Ralston and told to “get more active” in law enforcement. A Muncie dispatch of Wednesday says the lid is “half on,” which means that it will soon fall off again unless the mayor insists on using the .clamps provided by law. You can’t compromise with a blind tiger and expect any respect for the law.
